Lively Mexican music from the speakers, mixed with the sparse figure of people, distorts time and space. I get the feeling that my heart is in the past while my body remains in the present.

When I stepped into the valley, my sense of reality disappeared by being surrounded by too big things.

The people are like pieces spilled from a rock face.

Because this is a valley, the place where people live is upward. But if this is a mountain, the place where people live is downward. If I had been dropped here without knowing anything, would I have been able to choose the right direction?

Incoherence is the natural state of cultures and people. They are even more incoherent in their attempts to make the incoherent more coherent. That's why we never get tired of it.

A spreading marshland. In a corner of it, there is a jazz city that seems to be without context.
